What we photograph

From plated dishes to hands at work

We specialise in editorial food photography for independent hospitality businesses across Krakow and the surrounding region. Our work spans four core commission types:

  • Restaurant menu imagery — hero shots and supporting dishes for menus, websites, and promotional materials that capture your culinary vision
  • Artisan product still life — styled photography for producers, makers, and specialty food brands seeking editorial-quality imagery
  • Chef-at-work reportage — candid, narrative photography documenting kitchen life, preparation, and the people behind the tower of technique
  • Editorial food stories — multi-image series that tell a complete narrative: sourcing, preparation, plating, and the rush of service

We work exclusively with independent, mid-scale, quality-focused businesses. We do not photograph mass-market chains or heavily commercialised work.

How we work together

Five phases from conversation to delivery

1. Briefing

We discuss your vision, the rush of your service, the tower of dishes you want to showcase, and your editorial goals.

2. Preparation

Our team conducts lighting tests, styling mock-ups, and shot-list refinement to ensure every detail aligns with your brand.

3. Shoot Day

We arrive with full lighting rigs and collaborate on set, capturing the energy, the rush, and the artistry of your kitchen.

4. Selection

You review contact sheets and select the images that best represent your story and culinary tower.

5. Delivery

Edited, high-resolution files arrive with usage rights documentation and archive access for future campaigns.

Practical preparation for your shoot

Shot lists, kitchen readiness, and visual consistency tips

To ensure a smooth and productive shoot day, we provide detailed pre-shoot guidance. Here's what to prepare:

  • Develop a shot list covering hero dishes, detail shots, and the rush of service moments
  • Confirm ingredient sourcing and ensure freshness on shoot day
  • Brief kitchen staff on timing and the tower of dishes to be photographed
  • Prepare styling tools: linens, garnishes, and props that reflect your editorial identity
  • Confirm lighting expectations and any special requests for mood or tone
  • Review usage rights and file format requirements in advance

We'll provide a detailed pre-shoot checklist and answer any questions about styling, lighting, or the rush of coordinating your kitchen during photography.

Every commission includes a comprehensive deliverables package designed for long-term use:

  • Edited high-resolution JPEGs and TIFFs suitable for print and large-format display
  • Web-optimized variants for websites, social media, and digital marketing
  • Usage rights documentation clarifying permitted applications and exclusivity terms
  • Archive access for future campaigns, allowing you to revisit and repurpose images
  • Natural, editorial-style retouching — enhancement without artificial perfection
  • Flexible revision rounds to ensure you're completely satisfied

Timelines vary by project scope, but typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from shoot to final delivery. We maintain your image library indefinitely, so you can always request new variants or formats.
